Mr. Wolf is the Chief Operating officer of Talon Asset Management, LLC and servers as a portfolio manager for Talon's TalCap public equity product and oversees Talon's private equity investments. Mr. Wolf began his career as an investment banker at Salomon Brothers Inc., before moving to William Blair & Company. Later, he became the founder and CEO of Crown Golf Properties, L.P. Mr. Wolf currently serves on the Board of Directors of Answers Media LLC, Compliance 11, Inc., Lava Lite, LLC, Mindcrest, Inc., PlayNetwork, Inc., and the National Strategy Forum. Mr. Wolf received an AB degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Hamilton College in 1982 and an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1990.

Mr. Marks currently serves as the President and CEO of Liquidation World. He is a veteran of the consumer products industry and has worked on all sides of the consumer products food chain, primarily as a "merchant liquidator". In 2007, Mr. Marks was a co-founder, investor, and President and CEO of Talon Merchant Capital, a Chicago-based wholesale liquidation business, which was acquired by Liquidation World in 2009. Prior to founding Talon Merchant Capital, Mr. Marks co-founded Big Lots Capital, the liquidation arm of Big Lots Stores Inc., a Fortune 500 company. Prior to Big Lots, Mr. Marks co-founded Hilco Wholesale Trading (subsequently acquired by Cerberus and Goldman Sachs) where he was responsible for deal origination, valuation, acquisition and disposition strategies and helped build the business into the leading liquidation firm in the US.

Mr. Graham is currently a director and investor in a number of companies including Executive Risk Services Limited, Norsim Equipment Limited, and Twenty First Century Investments Inc. Mr. Graham is also a trustee of Specialty Food Income Fund.

Mr. Mandel is the President of AMR Securities Services Inc. and Vice President, Israel Opportunity Inc. He also is a director of Mitec Telecom (TSX), Goldbard Capital (TSXV) and privately owned companies Tiltan Pharma and Datex Billing Services Inc.

Mr. Becker is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Middlebrook Pharmaceuticals Inc. ("Middlebrook"), a NASDAQ listed company located in the United States. Prior to joining Middlebrook in September 2008, Mr. Becker served as an independent consultant to various healthcare companies, providing senior management support in financial and operational roles. In addition, he sat on the board of directors at several of these healthcare companies. Mr. Becker earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1990 from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a certified public accountant and certified treasury professional.

Mr. Beutel is currently a Director, Vice President and Secretary of Oakwest Corporation Limited, a private investment company in Toronto. Mr. Beutel also sits on the Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Investment Committee of The Equitable Group, a TSX listed company.
